Description

This performance-level course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to implement strategies to better engage individuals and partner organizations. This course builds upon the existing PER-304 Social Media for Natural Disaster Response and Recovery course by providing participants with more in-depth training in the use of content types, engagement strategies, and measurement tools for social media. This course will also help participants create a social media strategy and better adapt to changing needs and strategies throughout the phases of emergency management. The overall goal of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to use social media strategies and concepts to better engage individuals and partner organizations.
