A mass casualty incident during a winter storm which involves transportation that requires a Region C rural South response.
Discuss the ability to provide lifesaving medical treatment via Emergency Medical Services and local medical facilities to all affected persons during a mass casualty incident.

Discuss regional critical infrastructure to effectively respond to then restore critical systems and services following a mass casualty incident.

Discuss the provision of fatality management services including recovery of victims, victim identification, and reunification with family and caregivers along with other necessary services needed for those impacted by a mass casualty incident.
