This exercise will present a scenario involving response to a severe weather incident that impacts the entire region requiring activation of local Emergency Operation Centers (LEOCs) and completion of various tasks associated with each portion of the activated LEOCs.
- Objectives

Implement processes to order, track, and assign a resource(s) for a severe weather incident.
Core Capabilities: Logistics And Supply Chain ManagementDevelop and disseminate a situation report within 45 minutes of EOC activation.
Core Capabilities: Situational AssessmentNotify stakeholders of EOC activation and disseminate relevant public information within 15 minutes of local EOC activation.
Core Capabilities: Public Information And WarningActivate the local EOC, following ICS principles, within 20 minutes following notification of an imminent severe weather incident.
