The primary route to SEMA is inaccessible so the alternate route as identified in the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) must be utilized by SEMA employees who physically work at the Ike Skelton Training Site.
SEMA staff will demonstrate the ability and knowledge of the COOP alternate route by utilizing said route to arrive at the Ike Skelton Training Site.
Core Capabilities: Operational Coordination
SEMA Watch Center staff will utilize the RAVE notification system to notify SEMA staff of the need to utilize the Alternate Route as identified in the COOP.
